We were on vacation, headed home. The truck transmission went out on Friday morning. Called Hutch’s, they were able to help me limp the truck to their shop. They changed out the transmission and had us back on the road by Tuesday morning. Great people to work with.

Definitely beware they don’t call you and let you know what’s wrong with your vehicle before they fix it. And then they fix it and tell you have to pay the full total of the repairs before you can take it and they don’t offer third-party services where you can apply for Financial help

The transmission in our motorhome stopped working on a rural road in Utah. We were towed 100 miles to Hutch's in Aztec because they were recommended by friends. We are very pleased with how they handled our repair. They lowered the coach at the end of each workday so we could stay in our coach each night. The staff made our "strandedness" much less difficult through their efforts. Their R&R crew worked hard to remove the unit and reinstall it after the rebuilders overhauled the transmission with quality parts. The owner, Rodney, took personal interest in managing our repair, and for that we are very grateful.
